Maintenance Scheme

Having your vehicle regularly valeted is key if you wish to maintain its appearance and overall value. A vehicle that has been maintained across its lifetime will save you money in the long run compared to one which hasn’t. Our Maintenance plan is the perfect solution to keeping your vehicle cared for. As well as maintaining the vehicles value, we also save you the time of driving somewhere or doing it yourself!

Prior to us maintaining your vehicle we must first bring it up to our standard of cleanliness and protection. This means to qualify for the maintenance scheme you must first book our Deep Clean Valet service (As a minimum). From then on, at a regular* date and time, we visit you at your home or work address and maintain that deep clean appearance and feel.

As part of joining our Maintenance Plan we also offer you our Service Booklet completely free of charge. Like a dealership service book, it contains 36 entries (3 years worth if your vehicle is seen monthly) which we will complete upon every maintenance visit. When the time comes to sell or hand back your vehicle, you will have a record of vehicle care that you can pass onto the dealership or new owner. This will especially help give your vehicle the edge in a private sale, as you can very easily prove you have taken great care of the vehicle throughout its ownership with you enabling you to command a higher market value. 

 

We also understand that mistakes and accidents can happen, whether that be a spilled drink or a scratch that appears out of nowhere! Therefore, we offer all maintenance clients 5 free accidental spillage clean ups** (Wet vacuuming seats/floor mats) and 5 free scratch removals per year***

*Maintenance must be booked within 8 weeks of the first visit, then subsequently within 8 weeks from each maintenance visit. Those bookings that fall outside of this timeframe will incur extra charges to ensure the vehicle is bought back up to standard. 

**Accidental spillages references drinks and/or food. Larger spillages/leaks such as paint or alcohol are not covered and will incur extra charges.

***Scratch removal is a per-panel basis i.e., if a scratch is large enough to cover 2 panels, this will expend 2 of the 5 free scratch removals for that year. A year is defined by 12 months from after the initial valet, so is different for every client.
